In winter only reachable with the chargeable Gerlosstein Cable Car, Berghotel Gerlosstein is located at 1,650 metres above sea level in the Zillertal Alps and offers direct access to the slopes and hiking trails of the Gerlosstein Ski and Hiking Area. It is just 300 metres from the upper station of the cable car.
There is a panorama sauna that can be booked on site for a surcharge as well as the romantic sauna pack with massage.

The newly renovated rooms and suites feature a balcony overlooking the mountains, satellite TV, and a bathroom. The dining room also offers guests a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

The restaurant at the Gerlosstein Berghotel has a terrace and serves traditional Tyrolean cuisine. Guests can use a ski storage room, a children’s playground, and free private parking is available on site during the summer season. The access to the hotel by car is on a toll road with 10 EUR fee.
The village of Hainzenberg is 7 km away.
