Set in the centre of Aracena, Hotel Convento Aracena & SPA is housed in a charming, restored 17th-century convent. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, gardens and cloisters.

Hotel Convento Aracena & SPA combines original stonework with modern, contemporary design. The stylish rooms have air conditioning, free WiFi, a minibar, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with toiletries.

You can use the spa for an extra charge. There is a steam bath and a hot tub.

    A salad with brandad of cod was how we started. It was pleasant but could have had more flavour. The mushroom risotto was lovely and the pig's cheeks fantastic. Egg custard with yogurt cream nice.
